What is the corporate tax rate in Singapore?  \+ 

Singapore has a flat corporate tax rate of 17%. Furthermore, there are partial tax exemptions and incentives available for startups and existing companies, making it highly competitive for businesses. 

Do I need to pay personal tax on overseas income?  \+

When is the deadline for filing corporate tax?  \+ 

The Estimated Chargeable Income \(ECI\) must be filed within 3 months of your financial year-end. The Corporate Income Tax Return \(Form C-S/C\) deadline is November 30th of each Year of Assessment. 

When is the personal income tax filing deadline?  \+ 

For individual taxpayers, the deadline to e-file your personal income tax is April 18th each year, while paper filing is due by April 15th.
